Under Construction
The Saints Sports Booster Club Inc. (SSBC) is a dedicated organization composed of families, coaches, and community members who actively support the success of Churchville-Chili’s student-athletes. Over the past decade, SSBC has assisted more than 5,000 athletes and contributed to numerous projects that enhance the overall student-athlete experience. At the heart of the club’s success is its most valuable asset — parental involvement.
Each year, SSBC proudly sponsors and organizes key events, such as the Annual Food Truck Rodeo, while maintaining a visible presence across the district through concession stand support, booster apparel sales, and team-specific fundraising. Every athletic team benefits from these collective efforts. Past contributions have included outdoor bleachers, ice machines, and a new scorer’s table. Most notably, in just the last two years, SSBC has given back over $60,000.00 directly to sports teams to assist with startup costs and reduce financial burdens on families.
Beginning in Fall 2025, all families with student-athletes will automatically become SSBC members through registration on Family ID. This change ensures families are covered under our insurance and are eligible to participate in fundraising and concession operations—creating a more unified and inclusive support system across all athletic programs. We would also like to recognize our dedicated Team Managers, who volunteer their time each season to coordinate events, manage team funds, schedule concessions, organize raffle baskets, and ensure all purchases follow New York State guidelines. Their leadership and commitment are instrumental in maintaining the strength and integrity of our athletic programs.
Through the continued dedication of parents and community members, the Saints Sports Booster Club remains a driving force in supporting student-athletes and fostering the enduring spirit of Saints athletics.
A special thanks go to our Team Managers for their endless donation of time. These individuals spend hours coordinating their team events, fundraisers and ensuring their team's concession stand slots are filled each season. They also assist with coordinating efforts for their teams raffle baskets for the annual Food Truck Rodeo.
